What is the Talent4LIFE Green Paper?
The Talent4LIFE Green Paper embeds the project results into the policy discussion. It aims to contribute to the interconnection of different stakeholders in the context of employee retention, with a focus on workers aged 45+ and the relevance of talent management.
We want to raise awareness among policy makers and stakeholders so that the importance of options for supporting SMEs is consciously perceived at the various decision-making levels. Relevant topics such as the future of work, requirements and challenges for modern HR departments in terms of employee retention and talent management are covered.
It is important to us to share knowledge and learn from each other. Therefore, we attach great importance to the dissemination of already implemented projects with similar topics in order to build on existing knowledge.
